Former NFL Star Michael Irvin Is Under Criminal Investigation

Although Irvin was removed from Super Bowl coverage in February, he later returned

to NFL Network and has been an analyst for the channel for the whole 2023-2024 NFL season.

Now, however, the Hall of Famer is embroiled in legal trouble once more.

Michael Irvin is accused of some sort of misconduct. It is unknown what the "misconduct" charges are about,

but Allen PD Public Information Officer Jonathan Maness confirmed they exist and are still "very early in the investigation".

"There has been an allegation, but we are not prepared to release any details at this time due

to our investigation being in its very early stages," Maness said in a statement to NBC.

Levi McCathern, Michael Irvin's attorney, also told Pro Football Talk that the former NFL player had done nothing "wrong or inappropriate."

McCathern also stated that there is "absolutely no truth" to the claim and that the issue "saddens me." As previously reported

Michael Irvin was accused of engaging in inappropriate behavior with a woman in the hotel lobby following a night out in Glendale in February.
